Product Description
Pressure Blast System operates with the help of compressed air. Air entering the system is first cleaned into moisture separator. The clean compressed air is divided into two main parts. One part enters in pressure vessel or blast generator, seals it against any leakage by lifting and pressing a mushroom valve against an 'O' ring. The second part of the air is brought to a mixing tube where abrasive, falling from the blast generator, gets mixed with it and gets carried forward through the blast hose to the blast nozzle. Abrasive particles issue out of the blast nozzle with great velocity and strike. When the blasting operation is stopped, the mushroom valve falls back to position from where the abrasive is transferred back to the blast generator for re-circulation.Enter Buying Requirement Details
